For the Mobile Workbench option, the generated plan includes the caster-base framing and is designed for 4" locking swivel casters.

The Lower Shelf option can be turned on or off. When it is turned off, both the lower plywood panel and its supporting shelf frame are removed from the generated plan.

How It Works

1. Choose your dimensions
Enter the finished length, depth and height of your workbench.

2. Choose your setup
Select Mobile or Stationary and add or remove the lower shelf.

3. Generate your build sheet
The tool automatically calculates the framing pieces, plywood panels and lumber requirements.

4. Optimize your lumber
Choose the 2x4 stock lengths available to you and your preferred saw kerf. The generator creates an optimized board cutting layout to help reduce waste.

5. Print or save your PDF
Create a personalized build sheet for your selected configuration.
