Digital Delivery

All digital products purchased from HousePlanLLC will be delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your digital plans. An email will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly to avoid any delays.

Important Notes:

The email will come from HousePlanLLC via FetchApp (our digital delivery service) and will take you to a subdomain of houseplanllc-com.fetchapp.com. If your web browser issues a warning regarding the subdomain, please ensure the domain matches the one specified tonight and click “ignore” to take you to the download page.
Digital download links are valid for 10 downloads of each file within the order.
You should receive your order within 15 minutes. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of digital plans and physical plans are final and non-refundable.
