Tiny house, shed and gazebo products are designed to carry a standard snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot).

Unfortunately we do not send sketchup, cad, dwg, dxf files of small cabin houses, instead we send a sketchup viewer link where you can examine the construction of the small house in 3D, you can open this link in your internet browser and examine the model in detail.

We don't know how much small house plans will cost, materials and labor costs vary in each region. It would be better to get price information from a local manufacturer.
