The main shelf structure uses three identical 2x4 frames assembled with wood glue and 2-1/2" wood screws.
A separate reinforcement step adds 12 vertical 2x4 support blocks between the shelf levels. Each support block is fitted snugly between the adjoining surfaces and secured to the adjacent leg with four 2-1/2" wood screws.
The PDF includes complete dimensions, required tools, cutting diagrams, shopping list, frame assembly, leg installation, plywood installation and the additional support-block assembly step.
Materials include 2x4 lumber, 3/4" plywood, 2-1/2" wood screws, 1-1/2" brad nails and wood glue.
